What you need to know

Support levels differ by activity — refer to each activity for the exact figure. For GenAI Buildr, our IMDA Pre-Approved Solution, that’s up to 50% for qualifying Singapore SMEs, shown in the package prices below.

  Claims are submitted once the work is completed and paid in full — we'll walk you through the claim process when we scope your project.

   We handle the Enterprise Singapore application ourselves. You sign; we do the paperwork.

   Once approved, the build runs on the same timeline and standard as any other project we take on.

   You pay the nett amount

   The grant share is settled directly with us — you're only billed your portion of the package.

Prices shown are indicative one-time setup costs before and after the 50% EDGE Grant support level. Final eligibility, grant quantum and approval sit with Enterprise Singapore and are confirmed at application — we’ll walk you through the real numbers for your business on the scoping call.

Am I eligible?

• Registered and operating in Singapore
• At least 30% local shareholding (Singapore citizen or PR)
• Group annual sales turnover of not more than S$100 million, or group employment size of not more than 200 employees

These are Enterprise Singapore’s standing SME criteria, not ours — they can change, so we confirm current eligibility with you before anything is submitted.

Questions

What happened to PSG?

The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG), along with EDG and MRA, ceased on 29 September 2026. From 30 September 2026, Enterprise Singapore administers business grant support under the EDGE Grant instead — GenAI Buildr's IMDA Pre-Approved Solution status carries over, so the same up-to-50% support still applies. If you had an ongoing PSG submission or project, it continues to be processed as normal, and you can still submit claims once it's complete.

How much of my project does the EDGE Grant cover?

Up to 50% of an eligible package price for qualifying Singapore SMEs, for GenAI Buildr specifically. The figures on this page already show the gross price and the nett amount you'd pay after that support.

Which of your packages are EDGE-eligible?

The two packages above are pre-scoped for the grant. Anything beyond that scope — a custom build, bespoke integrations, ongoing retainers — is quoted separately and isn't EDGE-funded, though we're happy to combine both in one project.

Does the EDGE Grant cover an eCommerce website?

Yes — an eCommerce build is funded the same way as a standard website package: up to 50% support on an eligible eCommerce web design and development scope, submitted and administered the same way. Tell us if you're selling online and we'll scope the package around that from the start.

How long does approval take?

It varies by application load at Enterprise Singapore's end. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we've seen your scope, and we handle the submission so it isn't something you have to chase.

Are you a freelancer or a registered vendor?

An agency — Calvin Seng Co, a registered Singapore company (UEN 201708347K) working since 2008. GenAI Buildr is our IMDA Pre-Approved Solution, so you're not funding a side project; you're funding a solution Enterprise Singapore and IMDA have already vetted.

What if I'm not sure I qualify?

Tell us anyway. Checking eligibility is part of the first call, and if the grant doesn't fit your business, we'll say so and quote the work directly instead.
